Implementation, Development and configuration of BMC Atrium Orchestrator for
Ticket Brokering and System Integrations
Client: Client of VyomLabs
Team size: 6
Description:
This was a massive project I worked on in my career. We did implementation of
BAO with Remedy 9.x and some other applications for integrations with different
external applications and systems.
Our client is implementing a solution to integrate with multiple help desk
applications for Ticket Exchange mechanism. Where Tickets from one help desk
to other will be exchanged via BAO.
BAO was also integrated with some other systems and devices which
communicates over RESTful API’s
We have also used DB interactions using BAO to fulfill the need of usecases.
This project has taken around 2 yrs for completion of development and Go-Live.
I was responsible for finalizing the design, complete AO development, Testing
and Release process.
Role:
 Installation & configuration of BAO in various environments such as Dev, Test,
PreProd, Prod, DR.
 Development of all workflows from scratch to implement every use case defined
in solution design.
 Configuration of all required adapters
 Managing code release between multiple environments
 Unit Testing, System Testing.

Description:
The client has developed their custom ITSM using BMC Remedy.
Where the tickets/incidents will get submitted raised by their customers. To fulfill
the customer request we automated many use case using BAO. The module we
created monitors the incidents in Remedy & accordingly communicates with
various application in client environment, collects information and updates the
incidents. In this project we have implemented BAO in HA.
Role:
1. Gathering and understanding the requirements from the concern people.
2. Installation, Configuration of BMC Atrium Orchestrator in HA.
3. Created Understanding document for the use cases needs to be implemented.
4. Developed the workflows for the integration & automation of use cases.
5. Scheduled the workflow executions.

BMC CLM Custom Provider Development using BMC Atrium Orchestrator

Description:
Client was going to implement BMC’s cloud solution. The hypervisors used by
client are not OOTB supported by BMC CLM. To integrate CLM with the
unsupported hypervisors, need to develop a Custom CLM Provider using BAO.
We developed the module which acts as a connector between the BMC CLM
solution and the Hypervisor.
Role:
 Analyze and understand the requirement and Design a solution based on best
practices provided by BMC.
 Design the Integration Module
 Develop the workflows & perform end-to-end testing.

Projects & Assignments: Implementation, Development and configuration of BMC Atrium Orchestrator for Ticket Brokering and System Integrations Client: Client of VyomLabs Team size: 6 Description: This was a massive project I worked on in my career. We did implementation of BAO with Remedy 9.x and some other applications for integrations with different external applications and systems. Our client is implementing a solution to integrate with multiple help desk applications for Ticket Exchange mechanism. Where Tickets from one help desk to other will be exchanged via BAO. BAO was also integrated with some other systems and devices which communicates over RESTful API’s We have also used DB interactions using BAO to fulfill the need of usecases. This project has taken around 2 yrs for completion of development and Go-Live. I was responsible for finalizing the design, complete AO development, Testing and Release process. The module we created monitors the incidents in Remedy & accordingly communicates with various application in client environment, collects information and updates the incidents. The hypervisors used by client are not OOTB supported by BMC CLM. To integrate CLM with the unsupported hypervisors, need to develop a Custom CLM Provider using BAO. We developed the module which acts as a connector between the BMC CLM solution and the Hypervisor.
