The review moves forwardeven if optional reviewers do not respond.

Participants are notified.Paused The review creator can pause the reviewto add participants or roles, or to changeartifacts.Reviewed Reviewers have marked the review ascomplete.Finalized All required reviewers have marked thereview complete, and the review creatorhas clicked Finalize Review.The review can move through these states.

Click Start Review tobegin the review.Optional: To send a review request, selectone or more participants, and click SendEmail. The email addresses of the selectedusers are added to the recipients list of thenew email message. Add text as required inyour email program, and then send themessage.When you are finished setting up the review ,save it. The review is in draft state until youclick Start Review.

You can create a review in theseways:•On the Artifacts page, select the artifact orartifacts to include in the review, and thenselect Create Review Containing Artifactfrom the edit menu.•From an artifact that is open in the Artifacteditor, click the Create Review icon.•From the Reviews sidebar in an openartifact.
