From LLMm has possible four gamates those are LM ,Lm,LM and Lm in meiosis 1.then it will be doubled in meiosis2. But when the secondary non disjunction occurs at M locus that means than gene is not segregated during meiosis 2. Then you get four gametes for L gene after meiosis 2 and in case of M gene you will have M and m allele which will not segregated in meiosis 2. So you will have Four gametes. (LM, Lm, LmM and L).
