Providing services for arranging of secured term loan funding for new projects

including preparation of accounting manuals

implementation of internal processes and controls systems across functions

clients and factoring in inputs and data received from clients. May be used for

Provide client services for design and implementation of comprehensive
management reporting systems, covering weekly and monthly reports. Also
design controls and processes, to ensure integrity of data reporting and enable

10. Arup Sarkar, the founder of Capintel Associates is a Finance Professional with 23
years of senior level experience in finance, accounting, taxation, supply chain and
administration in diverse industries including 15 years of experience in the Food &
Beverage sector.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Arup hails from Pune and is currently based in
Mumbai. He has worked with MNCs like Coca-Cola India, and also with companies like
Capital Foods and Speciality Restaurants, where he has gained extensive experience
in the Food and Beverage sector. He specializes in areas of Financial Accounting,
Management Reporting, Applied Finance, Business Valuation, Project Financing and
Strategic Business Planning.
An avid movie, music and food enthusiast, Arup spends his leisure time in cooking, and
reading. He is currently authoring a book on the principles of Financial Accounting and
Management.
