CRITERIA DEVELOPMENT: Those individuals which are involved in the process of hiring should be trained enough to develop criteria , to conduct interview , to review the resumes , to develop the questions for interview , to weigh the candidates. In this step the basic thing is to plan the interview and develop the criteria as which of the sources are to be used during interview and how to use these sources to score better in the interview.The criteria should be job focussed and also the focus should be on the personality.
