1. These mood board I have create will
enable me to start to plan my ideas for the type of
music video I would like to create. Furthermore the
mood board of images clearly shows the genre I wish
to make my music video on being indie; using
acoustic guitars, picks and drum kits.
Furthermore, I have also incorporated
already known indie bands. This is because I will use
these bands for inspiration as well as there music
videos to think of ideas and be able to consider the
conventions they follow.
The mood board highlights the music
video I wish to create will be performance in a music
studio as well as narrative based. This is so the song I
have chosen to use can be emphasises during the
narrative yet also allow the viewers to connect with
the artist performing.
Finally, the music board highlights the type of
audiences that will watch and enjoy my music video.
The type of viewers will be mainstream/individualists
that are from the classes of A B C1 as they will be able
and wanting to spend money on festivals and
concerts for the bands.
When considering the uses and gratifications theory
the music video will needed to be able to let the
audience relate to the situation through the narrative
as well as lyrics.
