segments (Technical&Academic, Civil Society, Government and Private Sector)
• Objective said: On-line platform, crowd-sourcing of enablers, solutions
for issues, finance and support
• Starting with defining its Terms of Reference (ToR) on the basis of public
consultation – initial comment period until February 27
• Initial timeline: End of March to set ToR,,, but may take longer time to
seek a firm basis

3. IGCJ : Internet Governance Conference Japan
• New initiative on IG in Japan since June 2014
• Have a meeting in every 2-3 months,
gathering 20—50 participants
• Themes until now: IANA stewardship, IGF, Net
Neutrality, UN/ITU arena, Copyright & Cloud
• To engage broader Internet stakeholders in
Japan – extending toward academic and
business
