2. eLibsys Library Software
Here You can login As admin where you can get all right ,
if as a student you can get only OPAC. Automatic tracking for al user.

3. Main Menu an & Sub Menu
After login as a admin you can get the following screen where you
can make all entry.

4. Book entry screen.
Here you can enter the complete detail of book in any language .And can set the
right to the book like its not to be issued (reference book) or this can be issue
against library card etc.

5. Add students.
You can enter the students students here wilt complete detail including their
photo. if you have the data in excel format you can import it it will save
your time.

6. Bar Code generator.
You can generate the barcode for your library to avoid the student
queue for issue and return. You can print this for book and students ID.
This this also show the college standard but its optional.

7. Promote the students.
Using this option you can promote or demote the students after their
result . If you are using our account software then no need for this option.

8. Issue book.
Using this option you can issue books to the students through bar code ,
RIFD, Biometric machine and manually.

9. Return book.
Using this option you can Return books from students through bar
code ,
RIFD, Biometric machine and manually .It will automatic calculate
the fine.

10. Reissue book.
Using this option you can Reissue books to the students through bar
code
RIFD, Biometric machine and manually .It will automatic make the
return and issue entry.

11. Reserved book.
Using this option you can Reserve the books due to limited stock.IT
will automatic alert you when you issue the same book but admin can
issue it to any one software just alert you this book is reserved for this
students.

12. Write off book.
Using this option you can write off the book with any status .

13. Serial Control
As every librarian know in serial control module we can enter the
entry for journal and magazine with complete detail. After the entry
of journal and magazine we have to just subscribe the order .
Attendance for subscribed title. When our all issue arrived the we
have to send it for binding and after binding we can assigned the
accession number for the same so that we can circulate that magazine

14. Serial Control
As every librarian know in serial control module we can enter the
entry for journal and magazine with complete detail.

15. NEWS Paper attendance
Here you can make the attendance of NEWS paper.

16. Fine & Dues
In this section we can make the entry for fine collection and get the
report like students fine list class wise , for all classes and complete
ledger for students.

register simple print it and past it on hard register.

21. Quick Report
In this report section you can get the detail report of count by title
and other shown in sub menu of Quick report.

22. Count by title report
Count by title report gives the complete detail of total title available in
library

23. Serial Control reports
Main menu “serial control“ gives you the sub menu option where you
can get the detail of all report.

24. Serial Control reports
Report periodical not received report gives you the pending issue here
you can also put the attendance of received issue

25. Other useful reports
In other useful report you can get the below sub menu report.

26. Other useful Utility
In other useful utility you can get the missing accession number and
also you can make the correction on already entered data.
