hands, the article also said that even though organic reach was still possible, but "At the same time, the continuing evolution of the major social

Right after watching Simon Sinek's interview about millennials, I began to ponder on how right he was, and how wrong he was. I quickly came to
the conclusion that Sinek's description on millennials is a very big stereotype. His views on millennials definitely apply to a lot of people, and he is

are all names associated with the newest generation. Although there is some debate about when the millennial generation ended and this new
generation began, most researchers agree with a mid to late 1990's start. For the purposes of this study, this generation will be referred to as Generation

My Relationship With My Aunt
My relationship with my aunt is something else. I don't think a lot of people say there aunt is like a sister to them. My aunt is a human named
Laura Brunke. Born on February 2nd of the year 1982. If she was not born on the 2nd of February in 1982, and named Laura Brunke I don't know
where i'd be today all these years filled with perseverance and passions from being influenced by her from her generation.
My generation is Generation Z. When most people think of my generation, they think we are all about technology, phones and are obsessed with
taking selfies. That is true to some extent but sometimes I like reading a good book over being on my phone. Also, social media has influenced us and
along with that came cyberbullying. We are the first generation to have so much access to technology throughout our lives.
Her generation is known as Generation Y or Millennials. Most people that are not in her generation, say her generation doesn't work and are free
and flexible. My aunt is the opposite of all those opinions, she is the hardest working person I know. She just quit her job to get the job of her dreams.
She looked at every job close to her dream and applied. Most of the jobs she looked at, rejected her but she didn't give up. She works at her dream job
now, even though her employees are the worst. She is just happy she can make a difference in these people's lives, which I admire how she could
persevere.
My aunt loves to dance more than anything. She would dance every minute she could, day and night. She would always came over to dance with
me, and would force me to dance with her every time, even I didn't want to. Over time, I would just dance with her and she didn't have to force me
anymore. The more I danced, the more I loved it. After all the time dancing with her, I decided to go to a dance studio, try a class and I got on the
dance team. It may have taken me a few tries but I got through it to the good side. She influenced me to do one of my most favorite passions with
perseverance.
My aunt is one of the best artists I know. She can simply look outside or at a picture and draw it. It looks exactly the same as whatever she is trying
to draw. I got inspired when I was young to do the same thing as
