are taking any medicine for restricting the working of heart to safe guard the heart
you can set an alarm for the highest heart beat and reduce the phase of working out to
save your life. Other usual benefits like calorie burn up for each of
the specific exercise like walking ,running, claiming up slope can be studied .

Currently, most smartwatches collect and report basic data. It doesn’t do a whole lot
of analysis to provide much personalized suggestions… but this is changing. One
smartwatch I’m getting is the Mio Global’s Slice which actually tracks your heart rate
over time and then provides personalized suggestions
for how much activity you need to maintain a certain baseline of health.
