JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure smooth dispatch of material as per orders in optimum time with best economical way.
Material management as per customer requirement & orders and separate place for slow moving
products (Not covered in order).
Making Daily Report of the Dispatch and Stock.
Regularfollow-upwithinternal dept,like Stores&QC Dept to confirmthe availabilityof material & for
daily dispatch.
Vehicles are properly used at the time of placement/completion/loading of steel/DRI/Pellets. Regular
maintenance of equipment’s/cranes is being carried out with the help of Logistics.
Regular updating of physical stock & steels are kept as per ERP entry. Avoiding Low Fe & material
defectiveness at the time of lifting/loading of DRI/Pellets/TMT Bars/Special Steel & Billets.
Daily Dispatch Plan with PPC, logistics as per FOIS (freight operating information system) for various
destinations as per requirement of Marketing.
Maintaining minimum stock of finished product.
Ensure the Vehicle Dispatch within the free Time Period.
Coordinating for Making the Invoicing, vehicle/road permit of each item.
Take care of safe practices and ensure the housekeeping of work area on regular basis.
Making of documentation of ISO & EOHS as per standards.
Ensure trainingof outsource Employee &verificationof contractorsbills&maintainingthe recordof the
same.
Using the ERP database system to enter various data of user department.
2. Co-ordination with transporters for proper flow of vehicles & other issues.
Manpower planning and coordination. Optimum utilization of vehicles to minimize overheads.
Proper & regular maintenance of equipment’s and cranes with help of Logistic department.
Ensuresthat vehiclesshouldbe loadedwithmax capacityitshouldbe such that under/excessloadingis
avoided.

Maintaining MIS documentation.
Managed a dispatch 1000-1500 MT every month to all over India.
Pellet and sponge Sales in Karnataka sector
Professional Synopsis:
Making the daily dispatch plan both by vehicle/road as per previous day’s and today’s
production.
Then coordinate with the Marketing Dept. about the material for planned dispatches.
Follow-up with LAB for the quality clearance of material planned for the dispatch so as to get
cleared ASAP.
Follow-up with branch related issues like, Credit-proposal, timely delivery of material, priority
of customer requirement, quality & customer compliant.
Resolving the invoicing issues, on-line weigh-bill for the road dispatch.
Monitoring the daily dispatch plan v/s actual dispatch.
Preparing the shift-wise daily report and achieving the day’s/monthly/yearly targets.
Communicating with the parking section regarding region/type wise vehicles details for the
trucks availability for the smooth road dispatches.
Resolving the transporters issues and road dispatch issues till the material to be reached at the
customer end safely by qualitatively and quantitatively.
Dispatch of finished goods through road, inventory planning, tracking and management,
stockyard operations.
Co-ordination with various departments for smooth dispatch, yard management, planning of
materials for vehicle dispatching.
Sending the order approval to the respective head & preparing the sale orders and coordinating
with Despatch section for smooth
Follow up of LC arranging, discounting with necessary needs i.e. Test Report and preparing the
Proforma Invoice as & when required.
Clearing of collections on daily basis for all related sale products.
