The more ambitious— challenge is: to optimize the allocation of necessary inputs
and integrate them to meet pre-defined objectives.

When We started our projects, We only used Google Spreadsheets and Google docs
(Like a lot of other companies), for all our project needs, at first!
Soon, We realized, It
Wasn’t enough and
moreover it lacked a

We were in desperate NEED of a PROCESS!!

Without EVER finding a single
system that we could call
simple enough!!

"traditional approach", five developmental components of a project can be

Planning Milestones Within Cloud Teams, a Milestone is an
event that receives special attention. A
milestone not only signifies distance
traveled (key stages in a project) but
also indicates direction of travel since
key decisions made at milestones may
alter the route through the project
plan.
Design Task-Lists A Task List basically only consists of
the various sub-events of a specific
Milestone in the form of a list. When
various individual Task Lists are
assigned to its respective Milestones ,
It gives the process a singular design
of the overall Project.
Execution Messages No Execution can ever exist without a
proper channel of communication
between the team members
concerned or involved. Cloud Teams
features a wonderfully simple
messaging service, which takes
complete responsibility of flawless
communication and correct project
execution.
Construction Files Documents are uploaded to a central
"cloud" for storage, where they can
then be accessed by others. Our
collaboration technologies allow users
to upload and collaborate on
documents, Thus constructing the
base of Project involved.
Controlling Users & Permissions A Team member's ability to perform
certain actions in 'Cloud Teams'
depends on his/her user access level.
This is determined by Project
Managers, thereby ensuring a
complete control over who can
access what.
Monitoring Time-Tracking Cloud Teams allows its users to record
time spent on tasks. It represents an
electronic version of the traditional
paper timesheet. This Proves to be the
best and inevitable tool for Project
Monitoring purposes, without which
no project can ever be successful.


Chat or Instant messaging is the Heart of cloud
communication, and No Project Management app should
possibly lack this!!

Training and Manuals? No Need of them, at-least for a
simple Project Management app!(It sounds like The PC vs
MAC fights in 1980's, where PC's Needed BIG Manuals to
Learn and Run, while the Apple's MAC didn’t need any!)

In the age of private cloud computing, wouldn’t
enterprises want a personalized app @ a personalised
domain name? Ask us, They Will!!

No Milestones?? Milestones are supposed to be the
building block of a project management app!! Don’t ask
us, ask Wikipedia!! Its Plain Disaster!

Is'nt UI consistency a part of Today's world? Who would
want to deal with a software with in-consistent UI?
(Probably, That's why Basecamp Needs Training and
Learning)

ONLY 9 LANGUAGES? Well that means If I was a Chinese
Citizen, I couldn’t even dream of using Basecamp! Where's
the Open-ness of Cloud Gone?!

Today when everything has gone into RICH TEXT format,
No WYSIWYG means, the Year 1999!!

13. How We Solved Our own Problems!

Well, We immensely improved the overall UI and added
automatic controlling mechanisms at the backend, so that
Everything is done perfectly and automatically from the
backend, while the user Works Flawlessly and completely free
of any internal settings or unwanted functionalities!
The Software does everything it should, and the rest is left to
users, to decide and do what they need to!
