leadership abilities

 We've all heard various speculations
and theories that women would have
more than a man leadership abilities.
What I think is that both women and
men have different capabilities and
leadership skills.
 Will show the capabilities for each
one, then we find that for good
management of a company or a
country not only need a woman or
a man but both, to be completed
and to progress.
Women’s leadership abilities:
 practical mind
 intelligence
 persuasion
 sincerity
 reason
 ambition
Men’s leadership abilities:
vision of the future
top businessmen
imposing
motivation
charisma
 Women and men should be treated
equally when it comes to leadership
abilities because each one contributes
with one essential element. If it would
unite the world would advance and
would meet a nice prosper.
Unfortunately in this days men are
considered more capable when it
comes to managing an institution or
whatever field we refer to and
therefore I approve proverb that says:
"Behind every powerful man stands a
woman even stronger."
