Through to the wisdom of B.F. Skinner “in the world at large, we
seldom vote for a principle or a given state of affairs. We vote for a
man who pretends to believe in that principle or promises to achieve
that state. We don’t want a man, we want a condition of peace and
plenty-or it may be war and want-but we must vote for a man”
With all due respect to our Dean, Dr. Nemesio G. Loayon, the CTE
Faculty and Staff, the Byline and CJ Wrecks Editorial Board and Staff, our
instructor and at the same time the Campus Journalism Adviser, Mr. Mick
Mars P. Silvano, to the Candidates, Students who are around, Ladies and
Gentlemen. Good Afternoon and Welcome to the Candidates Forum 2016.
Each and one of us has the right to vote those candidates who deserve
to a certain position. We vote for them because we believe that they are
capable to do their duties and responsibilities as leaders. We also believe
that this Candidates Forum hosted by the Byline and CJ Wrecks student-
journalists is the best time and opportunity of the students to raise inquiries
and address issues towards the candidates with respect to student
leadership and good governance.
