III student of Surigao del Sur State University-Main Campus, College of Teacher
Education,Tandag City, Surigao del Sur for Academic Year 2015-2016, do hereby
permit our son/daughter to visit the Municipality of San Miguel for research
purposes in their Undergraduate Thesis entitled” The Narratology of Oral
Literatures of the Manuvos” in partial fulfillment of the academic requirements
for English 21 ( Language and Literature Research).
We have duly advised our son/daughter_________________to exercise all
perceptions and necessary safety measures. In case any accident attributable to
our sons/daughters fault, the University administration will not be held responsible.
