The effects of physical activity
Components of an active lifestyle
Gets us active!

4. Looks at ways to be healthy by:
Learning to make good decisions about our health
and others.
Learn about nutrition
Drug use and it’s dangers
And looking at protective measures, like how to be
safe in the sun – ‘Slip, Slop, Slap’!
Shows how to be healthy!

5. Strengthens our personal relationships. We learn about:
Relationships
Communication
Families, peers and groups.
And finally, we learn PDHPE because it’s FUN!!!!!!!
Interpersonal relationships!
