Modernise your Windows 10 deployment with Windows Autopilot.
Here is my Autopilot session from on Wednesday 4th March at Birmingham Uni for the Midlands Microsoft 365 and Azure User Group - March 2020, with Ade, Urfaan and Lee.

23. Windows Autopilot // More work to do…
Make configuring Windows 10 easier
• Not just policies, also preferences
• PowerShell is a workaround, not the solution
• Installing features, language packs
• Removing in-box apps
Make device migration easier
• Enable migration of apps (e.g. apps installed via the Company Portal using self service) to a new device
automatically
• Enable migration of critical settings to a new device automatically
Make device lifecycle operations easier
• Disposed/recycled/returned devices need to be de-registered
• Break/fix activities should get devices re-registered
24. Windows Autopilot // More work to do…
Make the user experience better
• Enrollment status page should present more and more useful information
• Make the process faster
• Fewer “Something went wrong” screens with random hex codes
Make the IT experience better
• Reporting & monitoring
• Guided scenarios to help with initial setup and configuration
• Environment and network validation tools
Better integrate with System Center Configuration Manager
• Quickly run a task sequence during the Windows Autopilot process, blocking during ESP
• Automatically configure UDA based on assigned user in Windows Autopilot

Time is money and lost productivity is missed opportunity.
Imaging devices with SCCM and MDT is great, but it is not simple, agile, or very modern.
Windows 10 is designed to be updated often and utilizing Windows Autopilot you can deploy devices in new scenarios with minimal effort, enabling users to become more productive sooner.

Drivers, utilities, tweaks and of course that secret sauce that makes the device reach 12 hour battery life etc
You can remove any bloatware later!!
Some of these will charge something like £5 for registering your devices, or providing a clean image
And with Microsoft Surface this is free
