4. WHAT I HAVE LEARNED THIS SEMESTER THAT SURPRISED ME
ABOUT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
How the Constitution applies to the individual-I never really knew much about the
Constitution. It surprised me that it place such an important role in history.
What I would like to know more about-the role in the political process of public opinion. I
never thought my vote actually counted.
What I was not expecting to learn-How the role of American government affects things on a
global level.
5. PRESERVING OUR ENVIRONMENT
This is my most important political issue. I believe it should be required to recycle anything and everything we can. Clean water is vital to our future generations. As
Americans we should stand together on environmental issues we face today such as, climate change, wildlife extinction, pollution, and the abuse of natural resources.
Support the EPA
6. PROBABLE CAUSE IS BEING TAKEN FOR GRANTED-
THIS IS IMPORTANT TO ME BECAUSE I BELIEVE OUR LAW ENFORCEMENT DISCRIMINANTS AND
PICKS/CHOOSESWHO TO PULL OVER AND SEARCH.
7. the most important thing I learned this semester was the importance of voting. Every vote counts. Every issue you can think of revolves
around our government. Whether it be state or federal each issue is addressed by American opinion through voting. It is vital that our
young/future generations get out there and vote for what they believe in.
