Fa exercitii pentru musculatura gatului
Antreneaza musculatura gatului. Mentinerea unui tonus bun al musculaturii gatului poate preveni
lasarea pielii si formarea de riduri. In continuare iti prezentam sase exercitii pentru intarirea
musculaturii gatului.
1. Scoate barbia in afara si impinge usor mandibula catre inainte. Fa zece repetari din acest
exercitiu.
2. Atinteste privirea drept inainte, apoi uita-te drept in sus catre tavan. Mentine aceasta pozitie
timp de cinci secunde, dupa care revino incet la pozitia de pornire. Fa douazeci de repetari.
3. Cu gura deschisa larg, trage cu putere mandibula catre piept pentru a antrena musculatura de
sub barbie. Repeta acest exercitiu de trei ori in succesiune rapida. In mod progresiv, tinteste catre
trei seturi a cate 20 de repetari.
4. Cu gura larg deschisa, pronunta vocalele de la A la U. Repeta exercitiul de zece ori, de trei ori
la rand.
5. Lipeste varful limbii de cerul gurii si mentine aceasta pozitie timp de cateva secunde. Incearca
sa faci acest exercitiu de mai multe ori de-a lungul zilei. Tinand gura inchisa, deseneaza cercuri cu
limba, schimband alternativ sensul de rotatie.
6. Asaza buza inferioara peste buza de sus si mentine aceasta pozitie pentru cateva secunde. Fa
zece repetari.
