4. Cons of a Blog Using this tool is not as easy as it seems Most web browsers to access the Blog need high internet speed which is a challenge in the African setting This tool could go out of the social network any time thus loosing all information and contacts it being free on the internet

Applicability of the Blog as A Tool Professionally The Blog will be used to deliver capacity building courses in HIV and AIDS for Clients, Service Providers and Caretakers The Blog as a free tool is cost effective for future work in facilitating courses conducted by a nonprofit organization like The AIDS Support Organization (TASO)
