  2. 2. Q1.What organs can you donate in Uk? A1. You can donate the heart, liver, kidneys, lungs, small bowels and the pancreas. Q2.How do you become a organ donor? A2. You have to sign up before you die saying that you’re happy for someone to have your own organ. Q3.When was the first organ transplant? A3. The first successful kidney transplant was in 1954. The first heart transplant took place in 1967 Q4. Is it possible to have an organ from anybody? A4. It is possible for anyone to have an organ from anybody unless that organ is effected by an illness. Q5. What is presumed consent for an organ donation? A5.It is an agreement that when the person dies he allows the surgeons to transplant his organs to another person.
  3. 3. The article about the presumed consent. I think that presumed consent is a really good idea because people can chose if they want to donate an organ unless they have opted out. If this law does pass then there would be more people living alive and happy. There will be less people on the waiting list and there would be less death. In 2012/2013 there were 250 people on the waiting list for blood transplant and eventually 33 died waiting. The organ donation should really help the world
