Your project scope are as follows: - Conduct a risk assessment: Identify potential vulnerabilities and risks to the business's data and systems, including its network, software, and hardware. - Develop a cybersecurity plan: Develop a plan to mitigate identified risks, including measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and patch management. - Implement the plan: Implement the cybersecurity plan and ensure that all employees are aware of and trained on the new policies and procedures. - The project is expected to take 6 months to completion. - Your primary stakeholders are - Exec Leadership team, IT Infrastructure team, Governance, Risk, and Compliance team.
