3. • The New Generation Party feels that immigration is too harshly viewed.
We believe that those coming from another country who want to find
better opportunities for themselves and their families may do so on the
basis that they follow the steps of coming into America correctly, find a
job and pay taxes like any other citizen, and do not commit any crimes.
• How we would go about to succeed in our views is:
• Establish policies and routines on how to properly come into the country. For
example, you must undergo and pass a necessary drug screening, undergo an
evaluation be deemed of no criminal intent in the country, and be free of any
felonies from the country of origin.
• Set up offices of immigration to fulfill these processes on several popular
points of access into the country along it’s borders.
• In turn to even out the tax payers funding the employees in these offices,
incoming immigrants must find a job within 3 months.
• Once a job is found, and a place of residence is set up so that they may begin
to start their lives; an immigrant will be granted a lawful certificate of
presence in America. They may file for citizenship, but the certificate will
serve as their legal documentation.

4. • The New Generation Party believes that Healthcare policies
should run similar to that of the Canada Health Act. It is a
publicly funded service where the tax payers only pay for
certain services, other services like prescription drugs, glasses,
dental care, and in home care are either paid out of pocket or
through a private insurance. Those who’s incomes are too low
can be exempt from co-pays or the tax that comes from the
healthcare.
• The New Generation Party feels that the country should
establish a universal health system much like Canada’s. Those
who wish to continue with a sole private insurance may do so
and be exempt from the healthcare tax.
Health Care
5. • The New Generation Party believes that we’ve overused our resources
and we need to cut back. We believe that it should mandatory that
recycling plants are established in all large cities, the government should
go green and have large businesses follow suit.
• The party sees that if the government issues limits on resources that
companies and businesses use would help the environmental distress big
companies have caused from abusing natural resources.
• Fossil fuel use should no longer be uses unless there is absolutely no
other possible energy resource to be used as an alternative.
• Solar energy plans built in mid Africa would be enough to power
American homes and would aid in the economic hardships America is
facing from depending on countries for their fossil fuel energy force.
• The sun provides more energy in a second than all of the fossil fuels that are
present on earth.
Environment
6. • The New Generation Party sees that many a times the sentences and punishments
dealt to non violent drug offenses and racial crimes are unjust.
• Over a third of the justice system’s budget is spent on prisons and detention;
generally wasted on thousands of non violent drug charges. We feel that it is no
longer a war on drugs era where possession of marijuana leads to at least a year in
jail and unlawful sale distribution will lead to a minimum of 5 years. We believe
tax payers money is being wasted on such offenses. We feel that due to
legalization of marijuana medically and recreationally that the punishments of
marijuana related crimes should no longer be so unjust. The only punishable act
should be unlawful cultivation of marijuana without proper licenses, with at most
a large fine to pay and depending on the number of plants, at most 6 months to a
year in jail.
• The New Generation Party does not feel that marijuana should necessarily be
legalized at the federal level for recreational use, however, the punishment of
related crimes are too harsh considering marijuana is such a minor drug.
• Racial crimes are often too overlooked and many a times the offender is let off
with no punishment. Under the New Generation Party we wish to enact a No
Tolerance Policy against those who commit racial crimes. Evaluations will be
placed to deem whether a crime was based on racist intent, however, regardless of
it being so or not the offender will be charged fairly based on their crime. Murder
is murder, assault is assault, the legal system has to be fair.

7. • The New Generation Party believes that every citizen has
the right to marry, no matter their race or sexuality. We
wish to have Gay Marriage legalized on the federal level
so that the discussion is over and done with. There’s too
much debate over something so little, the nation’s focus
should be put onto other issues.
• In the terms of divorce, if one party wishes to divorce
from their partner, they may do so without the other
party’s consent. Whether it is a man or a woman filing for
the divorce, they will not be forced to continue of the
marriage.
