2. Past Continuous: El Pasado Continuo se forma con el verbo to be en pasado + Gerundio (Verbo +ing)
Affirmative: Pronouns + Be (was/were) + Gerund (verb+ing)
I was working at this time yesterday. (Yo) estaba trabajando a esta hora ayer.
You were
He was

Interrogative: Was/were + Pronouns + Gerund ?
Was I working at this time yesterday? ¿Estaba (yo) trabajando a esta hora ayer?

3. Negative: Pronouns + Be (was/were) + not + Gerund.
I was not working at this time yesterday. (Yo) no estaba trabajando a esta hora ayer.

Usage. (Usos):
1- Describe una acción en pasado en un momento determinado.
I was working at this time yeterday.
2- Past Continuous + Past Continuous. Describe 2 acciones que suceden al mismo tiempo en el pasado.
Yesterday, I was watching TV when/while/as my mother was cooking. Ayer, (yo) estaba mirando TV mientras mi madre cocinaba.

4. Usage. (Usos):
3- Past Continuous + Simple past. Describe una acción en movimiento en el pasado que fue interrumpida.
Last week, I was studying online when the electricity went off.
