This document outlines the plans for iGIP (Corporate Sector) of AIESEC Hyderabad for the 2013-2014 year as presented by Shubhankar Valegaonkar and Moiz Brochawala. The focus areas include raising the quality of trainees, improving the experience delivery rate, increasing stakeholder engagement, improving external visibility, and strengthening documentation processes. Innovation plans include implementing an NPS manager, an "I'm a Corpor8" campaign, revising contracts, and analyzing delivery and member development. Targets for raising and matching trainees as well as realized outcomes are presented for two programs - Aviators and Suits.
