US TO HELP MAKE AN IMPACT ON STUDENT LEADERSHIP
DEVELOPMENT BY ORGANIZING PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIPS AND
VOLUNTEERING EXPERIENCES TO STUDENTS. IN ORDER FOR THE
AIESEC EXCHANGE NETWORK TO FUNCTION THERE NEEDS TO BE A
LOT OF MEMBERS CONTRIBUTING WITH BOTH INDIVIDUAL AND

WE NEED MEMBERS WITH ALL TYPES OF BACKGROUNDS AND
PERSONALITIES TO TAKE CARE OF OUR ORGANIZATIONAL

THE OUTGOING EXCHANGE DEPARTMENT IS THE FRONT OFFICE OF AIESEC IN
STOCKHOLM. WE THRIVE IN PROVIDING LIFE CHANGING EXCHANGE EXPERIENCES TO
STUDENTS. THROUGH OUR INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS STUDENTS WILL
ACQUIRE THE SKILLS AND GLOBAL MINDSET REQUIRED FOR THEM TO DEVELOP THEIR

9. INCOMING EXCHANGE
THE ROLE OF THE INCOMING EXCHANGE TEAM IS TWO-FOLD: WE HANDLE
RELATIONS WITH COMPANIES AND UNIVERSITIES, COOPERATING WITH THEM IN
ORDER TO CREATE INTERNSHIP POSITIONS FOR STUDENTS COMING FROM ABROAD.
WE ALSO SELECT CANDIDATES FOR LOCAL INTERNSHIP POSITIONS, AND PROVIDE
CARE FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE SELECTED FOR SUCH INTERNSHIPS.
THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT:
• RAISING AND MATCHING INTERNSHIP CONTRACTS ( RECRUIT COMPANIES, OR
TRAINEE NOMINEES, IN STOCKHOLM TO HOST INTERNS)

RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING POTENTIAL PARTNERS FOR
THE COMMITTEE AND TO CONTACT THE COMPANIES IN
STOCKHOLM. SALES MANAGERS WILL ALSO CONTRIBUTE IN
DEVELOPING STRATEGIES TO ENSURE GROWTH IN
QUANTITY AND QUALITY OF THE EXCHANGES WE PROVIDE

Account Managers (3):
Account Managers is the headhunter for
incoming interns. They are in charge of
attracting and suggesting potential
candidates to companies. They are also
the main responsible of the interns and
ensuring that they will have the best
experience possible in Stockholm. Thus,
responsibilities such as assisting
incoming interns with accommodations,
visas and organizing events for the
interns are also those of the Account
Managers.
11. TALENT MANAGEMENT
THE TALENT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRYING OUT ALL THE
PROCEDURES RELATED TO HUMAN RESOURCES AT AIESEC STOCKHOLM. THE TALENT
MANAGEMENT TEAM IS IN CHARGE OF MANAGING HUMAN CAPITAL, PROVIDING WITH
DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND TRACKING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE MEMBERS. THE
OVERARCHING GOAL OF TALENT MANAGEMENT IS TO ENSURE THE WELL-BEING OF THE
MEMBERS, TO PROVIDE WAYS FOR THEM TO ENHANCE THEIR COMPETENCIES, ABILITIES
AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS, AS WELL AS TO ENSURE A WELL-FUNCTIONING ENVIRONMENT

THE COMMUNICATION TEAM ACTS AS A SUPPORT AND LOGISTICS TEAM FOR THE OTHER
TEAMS. WE FOCUS ON INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION USING DIFFERENT
KINDS OF CHANNELS AND SOCIAL PLATFORM. WE NOT ONLY SHOW OUR PRESENCE
VIRTUALLY BUT ALSO PHYSICALLY.
MISSION OF COMMUNICATION TEAM:
IN THE AIESEC IN STOCKHOLM COMMUNICATIONS TEAM WE WORK WITH MAINTAINING
THE GLOBAL BRAND OF AIESEC AND TO RAISE AWARENESS AMONGST STUDENTS AND
COMPANIES. WE WANT ENSURE THAT THE WAY AIESEC IS EXPOSED STAYS TRUE TO THE

RELATIONS. THEIR MAIN FOCUS IS TO CREATE

PICTURES. THIS TEAM WORKS CLOSELY WITH
LOCAL PLATFORM MANAGERS.
Local Platforms/Social Media Managers:
The team is responsible for an on-going
updates on social media, local platform
maintenance and presence on the web.
This team is responsible for many
channels that we have like: blogging,
Facebook, newsletters, platform
maintenance (AIESEC, twitter, Linkedin)
and website management. This is done in
cooperation between Design Team and
Product Marketing Team. Each manager
will take care of several channels.

AND DELIVERING INVOICES. THE FINANCE TEAM HAS CONTACT
WILL ALL EXTERNAL COMPANIES AND ORGANIZATIONS REGARDING
FINANCE. THE FINANCE TEAM IS ALSO INVOLVED IN THE
ACTIVITIES OF THE ENTIRE COMMITTEE AND SHOULD ALSO LOOK
