STAYING FOR ANOTHER YEAR AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AS PRESIDENT OF THIS
COMMITTEE. I WILL WORK HARD TO MAKE SURE THAT MEMBERS AND STUDENTS
WILL RECEIVE THE SAME CHANCE THAT I WAS GIVEN, WHILE HAVING FUN IN
THE PROCESS!
THERE ARE MANY CHALLENGES WAITING AND IN TURN EVEN MORE REWARDS FOR

AROUND 70000 MEMBERS IN 127 COUNTRIES. IT'S MEMBERS ARE
INTERESTED IN WORLD ISSUES, LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT.

DEVELOPMENT BY ORGANIZING PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIPS AND
VOLUNTEERING EXPERIENCES TO STUDENTS. IN ORDER FOR THE
AIESEC EXCHANGE NETWORK TO FUNCTION THERE NEEDS TO BE A
LOT OF MEMBERS CONTRIBUTING WITH BOTH INDIVIDUAL AND
COLLECTIVE EFFORTS.
WE NEED MEMBERS WITH ALL TYPES OF BACKGROUNDS AND
PERSONALITIES TO TAKE CARE OF OUR ORGANIZATIONAL
ACTIVITIES SUCH AS SALES, HR, EXTERNAL RELATIONS, FINANCE
ETC. RECRUITED MEMBERS ARE GIVEN THE CHANCE TO WORK FOR 6
MONTHS OR A FULL YEAR, COMMITTING 5-10 HOURS OF WORK PER

OUTGOING EXCHANGE
THE OUTGOING EXCHANGE DEPARTMENT IS THE FRONT OFFICE OF AIESEC IN
STOCKHOLM. WE THRIVE IN PROVIDING LIFE CHANGING EXCHANGE EXPERIENCES TO
STUDENTS. THROUGH OUR INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS STUDENTS WILL
ACQUIRE THE SKILLS AND GLOBAL MINDSET REQUIRED FOR THEM TO DEVELOP THEIR
POTENTIAL AS FUTURE LEADERS TODAY’S WORLD NEEDS.
THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT:
• CREATING AND IMPLEMENTING PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS ON CAMPUS TO RAISE THE
HIGHEST NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS TO JOIN OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS
• INTERVIEWING AND SELECTING STUDENTS FOR AN INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE
• ASSISTING AND FOLLOWING UP ON SELECTED STUDENTS IN THE INTERNSHIP
APPLICATION PROCESS
• REACHING OUT TO AND INTEGRATING PREVIOUS EXCHANGE PARTICIPANTS

Team leaders:
During the promotional period, the team
leader manages the team operations of
marketing our internship programs to
selected target markets.
This includes implementing the
strategies set with the OGX team to
raise exchange participants.
INCOMING EXCHANGE
THE ROLE OF THE INCOMING EXCHANGE TEAM IS TWO-FOLD: WE HANDLE
RELATIONS WITH COMPANIES AND UNIVERSITIES, COOPERATING WITH THEM IN
ORDER TO CREATE INTERNSHIP POSITIONS FOR STUDENTS COMING FROM ABROAD.
WE ALSO SELECT CANDIDATES FOR LOCAL INTERNSHIP POSITIONS, AND PROVIDE
CARE FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE SELECTED FOR SUCH INTERNSHIPS.
THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT:
• RAISING AND MATCHING INTERNSHIP CONTRACTS ( RECRUIT COMPANIES, OR
TRAINEE NOMINEES, IN STOCKHOLM TO HOST INTERNS)
• PREPARATION POST MATCHING (DOCUMENTATION FOR COMPANIES)
• FOLLOW UP (RECEIVE AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO COMPANIES)
• HELPING WITH ACCOMMODATIONS FOR INCOMING INTERNS

SALES MANAGER (2):
SALES MANAGERS COLLABORATE WITH THE VICE
PRESIDENT OF INCOMING EXCHANGE TO RAISE AND MATCH
INTERNSHIP CONTRACTS WITH COMPANIES. THEY ARE
RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING POTENTIAL PARTNERS FOR
THE COMMITTEE AND TO CONTACT THE COMPANIES IN
STOCKHOLM. SALES MANAGERS WILL ALSO CONTRIBUTE IN
DEVELOPING STRATEGIES TO ENSURE GROWTH IN
QUANTITY AND QUALITY OF THE EXCHANGES WE PROVIDE
TO STUDENTS. FOR THIS POSITION SPEAKING SWEDISH
IS A MERIT BUT NOT A REQUIREMENT.
Account Managers (3):
Account Managers is the headhunter for
incoming interns. They are in charge of
attracting and suggesting potential
candidates to companies. They are also
the main responsible of the interns and
ensuring that they will have the best
experience possible in Stockholm. Thus,
responsibilities such as assisting
incoming interns with accommodations,
visas and organizing events for the
interns are also those of the Account
Managers.
TALENT MANAGEMENT
THE TALENT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRYING OUT ALL THE
PROCEDURES RELATED TO HUMAN RESOURCES AT AIESEC STOCKHOLM. THE TALENT
MANAGEMENT TEAM IS IN CHARGE OF MANAGING HUMAN CAPITAL, PROVIDING WITH
DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND TRACKING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE MEMBERS. THE
OVERARCHING GOAL OF TALENT MANAGEMENT IS TO ENSURE THE WELL-BEING OF THE
MEMBERS, TO PROVIDE WAYS FOR THEM TO ENHANCE THEIR COMPETENCIES, ABILITIES
AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS, AS WELL AS TO ENSURE A WELL-FUNCTIONING ENVIRONMENT
IN AIESEC STOCKHOLM.

THE TD MANAGER WILL, IN COLLABORATION WITH

DEVELOPMENT OF THE MEMBERS. THE TD MANAGER
IS EXPECTED TO BE ABLE TO COME UP WITH
DIFFERENT PROJECTS AND IDEAS FOR TEAM
BUILDING ACTIVITIES. THE TD MANAGER WILL,
ALSO, BE IN CHARGE OF FOLLOWING THE
PERFORMANCE AND MOTIVATION OF MEMBERS

The HR Manager will, in
collaboration with the VPTM and the
rest of the team, be responsible for
organizing meetings, development
seminars and activities. The HR
Manager will, also, be in charge of
developing plans regarding new
projects that will be pursued by the
team.

VISION OF COMMUNICATION TEAM:
THE COMMUNICATION TEAM ACTS AS A SUPPORT AND LOGISTICS TEAM FOR THE OTHER
TEAMS. WE FOCUS ON INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION USING DIFFERENT
KINDS OF CHANNELS AND SOCIAL PLATFORM. WE NOT ONLY SHOW OUR PRESENCE
VIRTUALLY BUT ALSO PHYSICALLY.
MISSION OF COMMUNICATION TEAM:
IN THE AIESEC IN STOCKHOLM COMMUNICATIONS TEAM WE WORK WITH MAINTAINING
THE GLOBAL BRAND OF AIESEC AND TO RAISE AWARENESS AMONGST STUDENTS AND
COMPANIES. WE WANT ENSURE THAT THE WAY AIESEC IS EXPOSED STAYS TRUE TO THE
ORGANIZATION’S IDEALS AND VISION: PEACE AND FULFILMENT OF HUMANKIND’S
POTENTIAL. BY MAKING AIESEC ATTRACTIVE AND VISUALLY APPEALING, WE WANT TO

DESIGN TEAM MANAGERS:
THE DESIGN MANAGER IS INDIVIDUALLY
RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING VISUAL SUPPORT
FOR THE PRODUCT MARKETING OF OUTGOING
EXCHANGE, INCOMING EXCHANGE AND EXTERNAL
RELATIONS. THEIR MAIN FOCUS IS TO CREATE
POSTERS, ADDING LABELS, LOGOS, TEXTS ON
PICTURES. THIS TEAM WORKS CLOSELY WITH
LOCAL PLATFORM MANAGERS.
Local Platforms/Social Media Managers:
The team is responsible for an on-going
updates on social media, local platform
maintenance and presence on the web.
This team is responsible for many
channels that we have like: blogging,
Facebook, newsletters, platform
maintenance (AIESEC, twitter, Linkedin)
and website management. This is done in
cooperation between Design Team and
Product Marketing Team. Each manager
will take care of several channels.

OF AIESEC IN SWEDEN. ADDITIONALLY, HE/SHE IS IN CHARGE OF SELLING
ACTIVITIES, EXPANDING ACCOUNTS AND DEVELOPING NEW PARTNERSHIPS.

• MAINTAINING COMPANY DATABASE
• PREPARATION AND COORDINATION OF MAJOR EXTERNAL EVENTS
• PRESS AND MEDIA MANAGEMENT

FINANCE
THE FINANCE TEAM TAKES CARE OF ALL FINANCIAL OPERATIONS
IN THE ORGANIZATION. THIS INCLUDES BOOKKEEPING,
BUDGETING, MAKING QUARTERLY REPORTS AND ANNUAL FINANCIAL
REPORTS. ANOTHER MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY IS MAKING, PAYING
AND DELIVERING INVOICES. THE FINANCE TEAM HAS CONTACT
WILL ALL EXTERNAL COMPANIES AND ORGANIZATIONS REGARDING
FINANCE. THE FINANCE TEAM IS ALSO INVOLVED IN THE
ACTIVITIES OF THE ENTIRE COMMITTEE AND SHOULD ALSO LOOK
FOR GRANTS TO APPLY FOR.

WE RECRUIT MEMBERS TO WORK WITH US TO HELP MAKE AN IMPACT ON STUDENT LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT BY ORGANIZING PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIPS AND VOLUNTEERING EXPERIENCES TO STUDENTS. IN ORDER FOR THE AIESEC EXCHANGE NETWORK TO FUNCTION THERE NEEDS TO BE A LOT OF MEMBERS CONTRIBUTING WITH BOTH INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE EFFORTS. WE NEED MEMBERS WITH ALL TYPES OF BACKGROUNDS AND PERSONALITIES TO TAKE CARE OF OUR ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITIES SUCH AS SALES, HR, EXTERNAL RELATIONS, FINANCE ETC. RECRUITED MEMBERS ARE GIVEN THE CHANCE TO WORK FOR 6 MONTHS OR A FULL YEAR, COMMITTING 5-10 HOURS OF WORK PER WEEK ASIDE FROM THEIR STUDIES.   • 7. OUTGOING EXCHANGE THE OUTGOING EXCHANGE DEPARTMENT IS THE FRONT OFFICE OF AIESEC IN STOCKHOLM. WE THRIVE IN PROVIDING LIFE CHANGING EXCHANGE EXPERIENCES TO STUDENTS. THROUGH OUR INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS STUDENTS WILL ACQUIRE THE SKILLS AND GLOBAL MINDSET REQUIRED FOR THEM TO DEVELOP THEIR POTENTIAL AS FUTURE LEADERS TODAY’S WORLD NEEDS. THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT: • CREATING AND IMPLEMENTING PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS ON CAMPUS TO RAISE THE HIGHEST NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS TO JOIN OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS • INTERVIEWING AND SELECTING STUDENTS FOR AN INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE • ASSISTING AND FOLLOWING UP ON SELECTED STUDENTS IN THE INTERNSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS • REACHING OUT TO AND INTEGRATING PREVIOUS EXCHANGE PARTICIPANTS Ameen Mitwally Vice President Outgoing exchange
  • 8. AVAILABLE POSITIONS EP MANAGERS: ASSISTS AND SUPPORTS EXCHANGE PARTICIPANTS IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS AND WITH THE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS. PROMOTERS: ACTS AS THE SELLING FORCE OF OGX, PROMOTES THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS TO THE STUDENT BODY VIA INFO STANDS, INFO SESSIONS, AND LECTURE BASHES. Team leaders: During the promotional period, the team leader manages the team operations of marketing our internship programs to selected target markets. This includes implementing the strategies set with the OGX team to raise exchange participants.

INCOMING EXCHANGE THE ROLE OF THE INCOMING EXCHANGE TEAM IS TWO-FOLD: WE HANDLE RELATIONS WITH COMPANIES AND UNIVERSITIES, COOPERATING WITH THEM IN ORDER TO CREATE INTERNSHIP POSITIONS FOR STUDENTS COMING FROM ABROAD. WE ALSO SELECT CANDIDATES FOR LOCAL INTERNSHIP POSITIONS, AND PROVIDE CARE FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE SELECTED FOR SUCH INTERNSHIPS. THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT: • RAISING AND MATCHING INTERNSHIP CONTRACTS ( RECRUIT COMPANIES, OR TRAINEE NOMINEES, IN STOCKHOLM TO HOST INTERNS) • PREPARATION POST MATCHING (DOCUMENTATION FOR COMPANIES) • FOLLOW UP (RECEIVE AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO COMPANIES) • HELPING WITH ACCOMMODATIONS FOR INCOMING INTERNS Alexandra Harrysson Vice President Incoming exchange
  • 10. AVAILABLE POSITIONS SALES MANAGER (2): SALES MANAGERS COLLABORATE WITH THE VICE PRESIDENT OF INCOMING EXCHANGE TO RAISE AND MATCH INTERNSHIP CONTRACTS WITH COMPANIES. THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING POTENTIAL PARTNERS FOR THE COMMITTEE AND TO CONTACT THE COMPANIES IN STOCKHOLM. SALES MANAGERS WILL ALSO CONTRIBUTE IN DEVELOPING STRATEGIES TO ENSURE GROWTH IN QUANTITY AND QUALITY OF THE EXCHANGES WE PROVIDE TO STUDENTS. FOR THIS POSITION SPEAKING SWEDISH IS A MERIT BUT NOT A REQUIREMENT. Account Managers (3): Account Managers is the headhunter for incoming interns. They are in charge of attracting and suggesting potential candidates to companies. They are also the main responsible of the interns and ensuring that they will have the best experience possible in Stockholm. Thus, responsibilities such as assisting incoming interns with accommodations, visas and organizing events for the interns are also those of the Account Managers.
  • 11. TALENT MANAGEMENT THE TALENT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRYING OUT ALL THE PROCEDURES RELATED TO HUMAN RESOURCES AT AIESEC STOCKHOLM. THE TALENT MANAGEMENT TEAM IS IN CHARGE OF MANAGING HUMAN CAPITAL, PROVIDING WITH DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND TRACKING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE MEMBERS. THE OVERARCHING GOAL OF TALENT MANAGEMENT IS TO ENSURE THE WELL-BEING OF THE MEMBERS, TO PROVIDE WAYS FOR THEM TO ENHANCE THEIR COMPETENCIES, ABILITIES AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS, AS WELL AS TO ENSURE A WELL-FUNCTIONING ENVIRONMENT IN AIESEC STOCKHOLM. AVAILABLE POSITIONS TEAM DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: CREATIVITY, SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP, COMMUNICATION SKILLS THE TD MANAGER WILL, IN COLLABORATION WITH THE VPTM AND THE REST OF THE TEAM, BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RECRUITMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE MEMBERS. THE TD MANAGER IS EXPECTED TO BE ABLE TO COME UP WITH DIFFERENT PROJECTS AND IDEAS FOR TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES. THE TD MANAGER WILL, ALSO, BE IN CHARGE OF FOLLOWING THE PERFORMANCE AND MOTIVATION OF MEMBERS Human Resources Manager: Organization Skills, Planning Skills, Communication Skills The HR Manager will, in collaboration with the VPTM and the rest of the team, be responsible for organizing meetings, development seminars and activities. The HR Manager will, also, be in charge of developing plans regarding new projects that will be pursued by the team.

WE FOCUS ON INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION USING DIFFERENT KINDS OF CHANNELS AND SOCIAL PLATFORM. WE NOT ONLY SHOW OUR PRESENCE VIRTUALLY BUT ALSO PHYSICALLY. MISSION OF COMMUNICATION TEAM: IN THE AIESEC IN STOCKHOLM COMMUNICATIONS TEAM WE WORK WITH MAINTAINING THE GLOBAL BRAND OF AIESEC AND TO RAISE AWARENESS AMONGST STUDENTS AND COMPANIES. AVAILABLE POSITIONS DESIGN TEAM MANAGERS: THE DESIGN MANAGER IS INDIVIDUALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING VISUAL SUPPORT FOR THE PRODUCT MARKETING OF OUTGOING EXCHANGE, INCOMING EXCHANGE AND EXTERNAL RELATIONS. Local Platforms/Social Media Managers: The team is responsible for an on-going updates on social media, local platform maintenance and presence on the web. This team is responsible for many channels that we have like: blogging, Facebook, newsletters, platform maintenance (AIESEC, twitter, Linkedin) and website management. This is done in cooperation between Design Team and Product Marketing Team. Each manager will take care of several channels.

  • 16. EXTERNAL RELATIONS THE VISION THE EXTERNAL RELATIONS TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT INCLUDING THE REPRESENTATION OF LOCAL CHAPTER OF AIESEC IN SWEDEN. ADDITIONALLY, HE/SHE IS IN CHARGE OF SELLING ACTIVITIES, EXPANDING ACCOUNTS AND DEVELOPING NEW PARTNERSHIPS.   • 17. AVAILABLE POSITIONS EVENT MANAGERS (2 POSITIONS): EVENT MANAGER WILL BE IN CHARGE OF THE ACTUAL ORGANIZATION OF EVENTS ORGANIZED BY THE ER DEPARTMENT. THE TEAM WILL BE WORKING TOGETHER WITH THE REST OF THE TEAM, HE/SHE WILL FOLLOW UP ON COORDINATION OF EVENTS AND CONFERENCES TO ENSURE THAT ALL THE REQUIREMENTS ARE AVAILABLE. Skills: • Should demonstrate strong leadership skills. • Hardworking: Willingness to put in time and effort in his/her work. • Should be a team-player. • have an interest in PR and event management.   • 18. FINANCE THE FINANCE TEAM TAKES CARE OF ALL FINANCIAL OPERATIONS IN THE ORGANIZATION. THIS INCLUDES BOOKKEEPING, BUDGETING, MAKING QUARTERLY REPORTS AND ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORTS. ANOTHER MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY IS MAKING, PAYING AND DELIVERING INVOICES. THE FINANCE TEAM HAS CONTACT WILL ALL EXTERNAL COMPANIES AND ORGANIZATIONS REGARDING FINANCE. FURTHERMORE, THE MEMBERS WILL ALSO BE DIVIDED INTO TEAMS IN THE LC, MADE UP OF PEOPLE FROM ALL DEPARTMENTS AND WORK WITH OTHER OPERATIONS IN THE ORGANIZATION.
