-> selection and allocation
2. Before LCC:
1. Create all roles and open positions for Leaders on TXP OP
2. All leaders should compete profile on internships and match to their position
3. Approve right leader on right position.

application -> group expercise -> review board -> selection & allocation -> LCC
2. Until end of induction (max. 10 days after LCC):
1. Put all roles for team members and open them on TXP OP.
2. Educate members how to create accounts on internships.aiesec.org and where
they should apply
3. Match right person on right position
4. Start working!
