1. JUST FOLLOW THE
FOLLOWING STEPS:

2. Wait for some time. The waiting
depends on your system speed.

3. In this way the installation of Arc gis
completes, now it’s the time of
cracking

5. Double click on LMsetup and click on
browse and locate the file named
37102011, and click next, remember do
not reboot your system

6. Copy all files and past it in
C:Program FilesESRILicensearcgis9x
Replace all files

7. NOTE: while changing the name of file some times
the file extension option is off so for turning it on go
to my computer click on organize/folder and search
option/view and uncheck the option “hide extensions
for known file types”
Then you will be able to change the extension of your
license file

8. Now in that directory open Imtools.exe,
Go to config services tab there you will see three
paths:
Path to the Imgrd.exe file
Path to the license file
And path to the debug log file

9. Browse the first one and locate the Imgrd.exe file
in directory C:Program
FilesESRILicensearcgis9xlmgrd.exe
Now browse the second and locate the license file
in the following directory C:Program
FilesESRILicensearcgis9xlicense.lic
No need to browse the third one, just click on
save services……
Now go to start/stop/reread tab
First stop server
Then start server (you will see the message in the
bottom of the window that “server start
successfully”)
And then reread license file
Now close the LMtools

10. Shift to software product and tick Arcinfo
(floating)
Then shift to license manager and change the
name to “localhost”
And press ok
Now open ArcGis and enjoy
