My responsibilities included preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment. Maintenance and repair of automated

2006-2011 Burlington Coat Factory:
My responsibilities included preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment. Maintenance and repair of forklifts,
high speed conveyors, slot sorters, Print and apply machines, scales, and scanners. Hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical,
electronic 24vdc to 480vac and PLC controlled systems.
1999- 2006 Mission Plastics:
My responsibilities include ensuring equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity. My responsibilities
encompass all maintenance of facilities, and equipment. This included working on Injection molding machines, water
towers, chillers, compressors, hydraulics systems, robotic systems, minor electronic controls systems. Installing new
electrical installation. Writing PLC ladder logic to meet customer needs I was instrumental in the re-location of the
entire plant to a new location. The new facility generates its own electricity and chilled water with a co-gen system. My
duties also include being Safety Director for Mission Plastics.
1997-1999 Tecstar (applied solar division):
Responsibilities include; maintenance and repair of Fume scrubber systems, water towers, and bag house systems.
Preventive maintenance including all calibrating and repairing of all MDA 7100 toxic gas monitors, calibration of CM4
toxic gas monitors. Troubleshooting electrical problems on both MR200, and AXITRON mocvd reactors. I also worked
on modifications to these units. Responsible for preventive maintenance and repair of stokes vacuum pumps, and
Axitron dry pumps, repairing hydraulic systems. Maintenance and repair of Guardian after burners, and natural gas
thermal Remediation units including, photocells, and thermal couples. Maintenance and repair of air compressor units,
a/c units, plc controlled abatement systems, boiler units, and RO water systems.
1996-1997 J.G. Electric:
As an electrician, my duties were to install new electrical power and troubleshoot all types of electrical problems. Such
as energy management systems, communication/computer problems start stop stations, uninterrupted power systems,
magnetic starter s and food preparation equipment.
2. 1994-1996 Thermal Remediation Corporation:
my duties were to install and troubleshoot automated machines, PLC controllers electrical and electronic systems, ac and
dc motor drives, installation of gear drives pneumatic systems, pneumatic instrumentation, conveyor drive belts.
Bearings, 32 million Btu burners, water towers, compressors, wet scrubber systems. Welding and fabricating, proxy
sensors, limit switches, hydraulic systems. Maintain and repair MDA gas analyzers, flow meters, level indicators,
pumps, and forklift repair.
1987-1994 JB Plumbing and Electrical Services:
My duties were to install and trouble shoot all phases of electrical systems from the ground up. Mostly industrial and
commercial jobs, while installing electrical for machines, plc systems, and energy management systems.
1983-1987 United States Air Force:
As an electrician, my duties were to troubleshoot and repair all types of electrical problems, i.e. motor starters, cathodic
protection, new electrical installation, worked in COC power station for 2 years then March Regional hospital for
another 2 years working on power generators, Compressors, Boilers, Chillers, cooling towers and other various
electrical systems.
1980-1983 SECO Industries:
As an electrical apprentice,
I worked on offshore oil rigs installing all phases of electrical work including pulling wire, bending rigid pipe, reading
blue prints- I also ran numerous amount of pneumatics as an instrumentation technician.
