2. Work Experience:
1. Intern Engineer at Mobilink GSM (RF Optimization), March 2015-May 2015.
At Mobilink, I experienced working in the field of RF Optimization which manages the
complete process of cellular communication between the cellular transmission stations
and the cellular phone.
 Indoor Office Experience consisted of managing the Work orders regarding the issuing
of tasks to be done and getting teams appointed to their respective locations in the
field. Upon the completion of tasks by ground teams Closed Confirmations were issued
to the Headquarters informing them about the details. Daily tasks also included the
generation of detailed documents like TCH (Traffic channel) worksheets, RNC Sheets,
City AVG, City BI, C3 BI, Zonal BI, BSC hourly etc.
 Software and tools used for these tasks were of different categories.
I. SAP Business One which is regarded as the best business management
software designed for small and medium sized enterprises, sold by the
German company SAP SE. As an ERP solution, it aims to automate key
business functions in financials, operations, and human resources.
Two versions of SAP Business One were mainly used.
 Desktop Intelligence
 Web Intelligence
II. MapInfo is a location based software used to pinpoint the cellular towers
in a specific area and helps to get all data about the coverage area,
landscape, users in that area, and planning.
III. Mentor is a RAN optimization and analytics software tool that deliver radio
access resource optimization and troubleshooting, while addressing the
challenges imposed by LTE and complex environments, the needs of
engineers and the priorities of business units.
IV. Xeus is a powerful network optimization and analytics software that allows
mobile operators to effectively analyze and troubleshoot RF network
performance problems down to the individual user or cell level. This
enables RF optimization engineers to improve overall mobile network
quality of service (QoS).

3.  Outdoor Field Experience included DRIVE TEST (DT) which means being a part of
survey and operations team which is deployed at the BTS Sites to physically solve any
problem in the cellular communication. It involved managing the antennas, jammer
issues, congestion issues and other signal issues.
 Software and tools used for DT were TEMS Investigation software and NEMO
Drive Testing Tool.
