2. SUMMARY
 The Alamo Heights ISD has begun the
construction process on an estimated
$61.6M bond project and is requesting
to allow work to be performed every
Saturday until completion.

3. POLICY ANALYSIS
 City Code requires that construction
work only be permitted Monday-Friday
(8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).
 The code does allow staff to make
modifications or alternate work times for
emergencies and extenuating
circumstances.

4. POLICY ANALYSIS
 These alternate work hours are reviewed and
approved on a case by case basis
 Staff does not believe a blanket request should be
issued
 The request should be approved if an emergency
or bonafide hardship exists, or in the last phase of
the project when they are finishing up
 Staff would like Council direction in considering this
request.
