This document outlines a Community Co-operative & Private Partnership (CCPP) approach to strengthen women-headed microenterprises in Sri Lanka through cooperative networks. It aims to establish sustainable product marketing and input supply arrangements between 100 microentrepreneurs from 7 cooperatives and identified business partners. Key activities include selecting high-performing microentrepreneurs, assessing input and marketing needs, and establishing business relationships with partners over 6 months of continuous monitoring. The approach aims to reduce costs through collective purchasing and secure business relationships through forward sales agreements. It is supported by microentrepreneurs, cooperatives, and development organizations and aims for long-term sustainability through empowered women leadership and established cooperative-partner relationships.
