3. Advantages/Strengths of OrderMyGear
 Process is a demonstration of Apple’s commitment to connect users throughout
the world, as it goes a step beyond the phone’s applications by including
processing.
 Currently, there is no other provider that has offered this service to its end-user.
 The user gains more control over his/her products.
 Faster processing time, as the retailer is eliminated.
 Since the product is sent directly to the consumer, the shipping costs are
reduced by half. This savings can be passed on to the consumer
 The retailer, now free from the constraints of delivery, is able to offer more
efficient customer support. This relates, but is not limited to, support concerns
such as: returns, exchanges, and refunds.
 Increased employee efficiency. This faster process can useful in the
reassignment and/or reduction of workforce, which translates to increased
revenue.

loose the ability to markup accessories for
additional profit.

as: direct order Iphones, personalized
Iphones and accessories.

6. Strategy
 Advertising/Marketing efforts such as SIRI
that uses successful actors and “ordinary”
workers on the distribution end, to highlight
the ease and uniqueness of the app.
 App has a target audience that can include
all users. Yet, its cost efficiency makes it
more marketable to smaller companies that
don’t have the luxury of savings via bulk
purchases.
