It was created to address the gap many students face between graduating and finding a job, as well as the lack of financial literacy education. The platform offers free courses, videos, webinars and other materials to help high school students explore careers and learn money management skills. It aims to better prepare students for today's job market and financial responsibilities.

evolving. Technology becomes more

Students must be fully prepared and aware of the market
needs before starting to look for a job.
They also have the right to be taught some financial
basics, like budgeting from a young age or how credit
cards and loans work, enabling them to make more
informed decisions in the future.

11. How does work?
We offer access to a lot of information on Career
Planning and Personal Finance, all gathered in one
place.
Students can study, watch videos, attend
webinars, discuss with their classmates, start teams and
do projects.
They have the chance to take
courses, learn, interact, collaborate and express
themselves as well as develop their critical and work
skills.

12. Who needs ?
High School students who:
want to be fully prepared before entering today's tight job
market,
are interested in exploring career possibilities and
prospects,
wish to learn more about how to better manage their
money both short and long term,
are our primary concern.

13. What about cost?
InTeam feels education should be a right and not a
privilege. Therefore, most of the materials found in the
website are totally free.
Courses, webinars, articles, videos, tutorials and other
resources are offered free of charge.
However, there may be some extra resources or books
which students can download from our store, at low cost.
