Balanced Martial Arts first was located on New Rochelle Road
in Bronxville, opening its door in 2001. After many years we
moved to our larger facility in Eastchester in 2010. Now we are
proud to teach students from many of our surrounding
communities such as Pelham, New Rochelle, Tuckahoe, Mount
Vernon and Yonkers.

Adults Program
Our martial arts for adults program has classes 6 days
a week, with most sessions lasting about an hour long.
Our adult’s beginner program is built for students who
are trying to balance work, a family and their personal
health, but who want or need something more than a
treadmill.

7. Pre-School Kids Program
This program is targeted towards young children
who are either not enrolled in school, or involved in
half day programs. Students in this program attend
shorter classes (30 minutes) but have smaller class
sizes so we can provide them with more personal
attention.
