About Us
Balanced Martial Arts first was located on New Rochelle Road
in Bronxville, opening its door in 2001. After many years we
moved to our larger facility in Eastchester in 2010. Now we are
proud to teach students from many of our surrounding
communities such as Pelham, New Rochelle, Tuckahoe, Mount
Vernon and Yonkers.

Teens Program
Our beginner’s martial arts program for teens is a
great fit for students with a passion for the martial
arts or just hoping to improve basic athleticism. Our
teens class meets 5 days a week and last about an
hour per session, and is open to students around 12
to 18 years of age.

Pre-School Kids Program
This program is targeted towards young children
who are either not enrolled in school, or involved in
half day programs. Students in this program attend
shorter classes (30 minutes) but have smaller class
sizes so we can provide them with more personal
attention.
