About Us
Balanced Martial Arts first was located on New Rochelle Road in
Bronxville, opening its door in 2001. After many years we moved
to our larger facility in Eastchester in 2010. Now we are proud to
teach students from many of our surrounding communities such
as Pelham, New Rochelle, Tuckahoe, Mount Vernon and Yonkers.

Teens Program
Our beginner’s martial arts program for teens is a great fit for
students with a passion for the martial arts or just hoping to
improve basic athleticism. Our teens class meets 5 days a week and
last about an hour per session, and is open to students around 12
to 18 years of age. Physically, students will improve strength,
flexibility and general physical fitness. Most notably for teens, we
find that being given a non-competitive physical goal is great for
students ranging from students who have a hard time keeping up in
“normal” team sports to students hoping to challenge themselves
to be the best of the best.

Adults Program
Our martial arts for adults program has classes 6 days a week,
with most sessions lasting about an hour long. Our adult’s
beginner program is built for students who are trying to balance
work, a family and their personal health, but who want or need
something more than a treadmill.
