Members of each group are required to visit the main offices of selected organisations in Accra/Tema and interview key officials on; the role of the IT Audit unit within the organisaiton, the audit processes and activities, the risk assessment methodologies, the major IT-related risks facing the organisation, and the specific controls to minimise either the risks or its impact. The report of the finding should be in the form of PowerPoint presentation. The reports must also describe the various computer applications that are used by the IT Audit team, and why such software were selected/acquired. The presentation must include a brief background on the organisation, the officials contacted, and the nature of the business. Students must also enrich their reports and presentations by reading relevant sections of the recommended text and materials from other sources..
