Advanced Drying Technology:

7, Drive bearing is designed as low rotate speed with three layers of dust proof device to prevent the d
ust from getting inward when bearing turning.
8, After the wet-emitting blower is updated, the maximum volume of passing air can be 17,500
m³/h and the full pressure can be 950Pa. The drying result can be optimized while the running noise ca
n be reduced.
9, The auger vanes are made of 45Mn steel with hardness HRC50 after surface treatment.

11, Crushing test for single grain shows the purify ratio can reach 99.9%.
Drying layer is changed from the original cold-
rolled plate stencil to stainless steel sheet,
using characteristics of stainless steel thermal conductivity and wear resistance to
improve the
drying rate and service life; Increase the mesh, raise the utilization ratio of plate and
increase
hot air through the area and speed up the drying, improve drying uniformity; Remove the
upper screw conveyor structure, reduce grain damage rate and emptying time, improve
the rate of whole rice.
