This complete technology is developed based on the
development of international market’s economy. Its feature is
that the scheme of the flour is long, which adopts break system,
scratch system and reduction system to make the flour evenly
and completely. So the flour extraction is high, the flour is fine with
good color is good. It can make several sorts of flour.

1. Capacity: Process the wheat 30tons per day
2.Extraction flour: when the quality of wheat conform the
stipulation of China GB1351《wheat》(the volume weight is over
770g/L).
The total extraction flour of F1 flour, F2 flour and F2 flour is over 75%.
Respective extraction flour: F1 flour: 60-63%. F2 flour: 70-73%
F3flour : 75-78%
Combined extraction flour between F1flour and F2 flour:
The total extraction flour is between them, F1 flour is 30%, F2
flour is 45%
Combined extraction flour between F2 flour and F3 flour:
The total extraction flour is over 75%；Between them: F2 flour
is 45%, F3 flour is 30%
3.The quality of the flour: Conform the stipulation of China GB1355《wheat
flour》
4. The total power: about 83.5KW. Voltage is 380V.50HZ, 3PHASE.
5.The total area of the workshop is about 210 ㎡. (22×7×7.5). It
adopts 6 sets of mills of 6F-2240 style, the total length of the
rollers is: 40×6=240cm

The part of cleaning wheat
Adopt twice separating, twice scourer, twice stoner, once
tempering, twice magnetic separation cleaning technology, and
according to the air piping system design requirement, it divides
into wheat transport and dedusting, the process design meets
requirement of processing fine wheat flour.
The technology of making flour:
Adopt screen outside classification, twice middling extraction to
composed of 3B3M processing technology, the process fully
consider the effect of wheat bran& graded flour separation to
ensure the integrity of bran, the best result of increase purity of
core and improve quality of graded flour., and ensure produce
more flour and good flour.

The number of the workers: Every shift needs about 4-6 workers (It
needs 3 shifts per day, so needs 15 workers) Including 1 worker
operation, 1 or 2 workers for conveying the wheat, 1 worker for
repairing and controlling the electricity, 1 or 2 workers for bagging
(excludes laboratory technician, purchasing and sales, accountant
and management)

The customer can install plant by oneself, If needs our plant to
GUIDE installation, we can dispatch 1 technician and 1 onsite
manager for help, and the time of installing is about 30 days, during
installation and commissioning, we’ll train local operators.
Buyer should pay salary 100USD/person/day, be responsible for
round-trip tickets, visa cost, technician and manager’s food and
accommodation cost.
50% prepayment by T/T , the balance 50% should be paid before loading by
T/T.
