NYC es una ciudad muy exigente.
Cuando quires salir con alguien, compites contra candidatos muy fuertes.
Espero que esta lista te ayude a coquetear mejor.
Expectations in NYC are always high.
When it comes to dating you are competing against great candidates.
I hope this list helps you date better.

quiérete mucho

El primer paso, siempre.
Hazte una persona interesante, construye
la mejor version de ti. Deséate lo mejor.
Ejercítate, apapáchate, ve a terapia-
porque si estás herido puedes herir a
alguien más.
Una vez que hayas aprendido a disfrutar
el tiempo contigo, estarás listo para
compartirlo con alguien más.
Invest in yourself,
love yourself
That’s the first step, always.
Become an interesting person, build the
best version of yourself.
Aim for the best.
Work hard, workout, treat yourself, go to
therapy- because if you haven't get your
life together you might mirror yourself in
someone else and end up creating
unnecessary conflicts.
Once you have learned to enjoy the time
with yourself, you’ll be ready to share it
with someone else.

Entiende su etapa de vida
La vida es un viaje en el que todos
estamos en diferentes estaciones.
Identifica las expectativas y planes de la
persona con la que quiere salir. ¿Solo
quiere divertirse? ¿No conoce a nadie y
busca amigos? ¿Cortó con su novio
hace una semana? ¿Está pensando en
casarse pronto?
Recuerda: No es lo mismo el amor de tu
vida, que el amor de tu estilo de vida.

Life is a journey and we are all in
different stations. Identify the
expectations and plans that the person
you want to date has in mind.
Is she looking to have fun for a night? Is
she new to the city and wants to make
friends? Did she just broke up with her
boyfriend? Is she looking for her future
husband?
Remember: It's not the same the love of
your life, than the love of the life you
want.

A cualquier tipo se le ocurriría
invitarle un trago.
Muéstrale tu versión de la ciudad, llévala
a un lugar donde no haya ido, haz que
aprenda algo nuevo contigo, diseña un
tour basado en sus intereses, ten un
plan b) para no verte como amateur en
caso de necesitarlo.
Al día siguiente sus amigas le van a
preguntar cómo le fue en su cita.
Haz que brille, haz que comparta una
gran historia.
Take her to a place that
enriches her knowledge
Anyone can get her a drink.
Show her your version of the city, take
her to a place she hasn’t been, make
her learn something new, design a
personalized date based on her
interests, have a backup plan in case its
needed- you don’t want to look like an
amateur.
The next day, her friends will ask about
the date- you can make her shine, you
can make her share a great story.

read her corporal language

but she can’t buy a genuine listener.
Pay attention in everything she says. She
might drop cues so you know how to
design your next date. Let her vent. Great
conversations build trust.
If the direction of her shoulders is towards
you she is interested in what you are
saying. Observe her feet, they are also a
good parameter of attention.

Después de una cita, dale tiempo para
que digiera la experiencia. Ella
seguramente estará ocupada,
resolviendo grandes problemas en su
trabajo o con su familia. Tal vez está
viendo a otra persona, y está bien; dale
tiempo y espacio para que se de cuenta

Cook over a slow fire
After a date, give her some time to
digest the experience. She might be
busy, she might be solving big problems
at work, or with her family. Maybe she is
dating another guy, and that's ok, give
her the space and time so she realizes if
she wants to see you again.

Mexico and Latin America we are raised
to be gentlemen, that is very
appreciated in New York. Try opening
the door for her, sharing her your coat,
picking her up before a date and you’ll
make a difference!

suck. If you are one of those, its ok! You
can attend meet-ups; there you'll be
able to know people who share your
same interests. You can connect with
someone while you are cooking,
painting, or dancing. Also, they will
know you in your element; they'll see the
most genuine version of you, and that’s
a great first impression. Enjoy!
