3. CREDIT GRANT PROGRAM
How I t Helps YOU:
• Credit affiliate works with you to improve your
credit score. You get reimbursed for your costs
when you complete the process.
• Licensed Mortgage Brokers affiliated with our
program compete for your loan and YOU receive
up to $1,000 towards YOUR closing costs.
• Home Buyer Assistance: Once you complete the
program you are eligible to receive up to $5,000
towards buying YOUR home.

4. CREDIT GRANT PROGRAM
Step 1 – Credit Phase
• Credit – Once in the program the process
begins. Reports are ordered, consultant
assigned to guide you through credit
repair/education/clean up process.
• Once you are “Lendable” you have finished
this phase.

5. CREDIT GRANT PROGRAM
Step 2 – Mortgage/Loan Phase
• YOU Mortgage Broker affiliates compete for your
business and guide you toward a successful Loan
Approval.
• Upon Approval you receive a Certificate for up to
$1,000 towards your closing costs at time of
closing.

6. CREDIT GRANT PROGRAM
Step 3 – Your Home
• CONGRATULATIONS! You finished the program!
You are now automatically approved for a privately
funded Home Purchase Grant of up to $5,000.
TIME TO FIND A HOME!!

7. What’s The Catch ?
1) Finish what you start. If you Quit during the Credit
process we can not reimburse you your costs.
2) Once you complete the Credit process you may use any
Lender you like. Unfortunately only FSHA affiliates have
agreed to grant credits toward your loan costs.
3) FSHA negotiated to get reduced fees for you from
affiliates. FSHA negotiated with Investors and put
together HOME PURCHASE GRANT PROGRAMS. If NOT
admitted into the FSHA PROGRAM these
reimbursement/assistance programs are not available.

8. WHAT MY NEXT STEP?
APPLY :
• CREDIT GRANT PROGRAM is sponsored by I CAN HELP
LLC and Private Investor funding. We provide the re-imbursement
for your credit costs up to $500. We have
the affiliates that have agreed to give credits towards
your closing costs. We also have the agreements that
provide up to $5,000 towards the purchase of your new
home. Application is only $195 to enter the “Credit
Grant Program” which is part of what you get returned
to you.

9. What Does It Cost?
• After applying for the program our least expensive
affiliate charges $39 monthly. Depending on the
severity of your credit issues you should see results
within 2 months. Individual results will vary of course.
You can stop at any time with no penalty..or
reimbursement.
• Remember! You are reimbursed up to $500 once you
are pre-approved by one of our affiliate Mortgage
Brokers.

11. FAQs
• How much money is being allocated for this program?
- $6,500 per person. Half a million dollars. This is a pilot
program that may not be funded again.
• Once in can I get “kicked out”?
- Yes. Example: lose of job, financial hardship
returns, untimely documentation, lack of
cooperation with consultants, etc.
• How many applications will be accepted?
- 77 will be fully funded. All that apply may not be able
to qualify.
