concentrate their supplies from one vendor and negotiate for
better cost price.
Credit Terms
• Better Credit Terms-More credit period with supplier can
benefit MTCby rolling the cash more and it could be possible if
they give all their business to single vendor
Vendor
Intergration
• Supplier Engagement-Invloving the supplier in to MTC
operations and visiting supplier would also benefit MTC

5.  Request the supplier to send the goods Just
in Time so that it can moved out to customer
whenever required.
 Program the shipment in such a way that the
lead time is bit longer so that the
transportation itself acts storage and these
medical equipment are durable.
 Better forcasting to avoid overstocking and
reduce holding cost.

6. MTC can try Direct Delivery System for urgebtly
required equipment i.e sourcing and instructing
the supplier to direct deliver to MTC customer.
This would avoid on storage cost and later on
transportation cost.
