PROJECT PROPOSAL
SHINee World Pakistan is the musicians website of Korean Boy group named SHINee.
 SHINee is a South Korean contemporary R&B boy group formed by SM
Entertainment in 2008. The group consists of 5 members. They made their debut on
May 25, 2008 on SBS's Inkigayo with their single, "Replay". This website will have all
information about the band. There are 8 tabs in the website.
 News
In this tab user can read news related to SHINee, their activities and their
upcoming schedule will be mentioned.
 Profile
In this tab user can see profiles of individual members of SHINee’s. It will
display their names, age, hobbies & singing category( Lead Vocalist, Main
Vocalist, Rapper, Main Dancer, Lyricist, Pianist) & singing specialty
(Pop/Rock/Metal/Ballad/Trot).
 Album Info
It will display list of all their releases, their Full Album, Mini Album,
Repackaged Album & Single releases.
 Gallery
This tab contains photos of 5 members. These photos will be either from their
album, concert photos or any random photoshoot for magazines.
 Video
This tab will display all their Music Videos.
 Music:
User can play music and listen to their music on this tab
 Contact
User can send me email through this tab.
Motivation
 I selected this topic because in Pakistan
there are many people who likes SHINee
Band. I hope this site will be definitely
useful for all fans of SHINee. They can get
to know more about band. They can be
up-to-date related to their events.
Your target user community
 SHINee World/Shawol is the fanclub name
of SHINee, as title contains Pakistan so it is
especially for Pakistani SHINee fans. There
are thousands of SHINee’s fans in Pakistan
but everyone thinks that he/she is only
one K-pop listener. So it is the best
opportunity for all Pakistani Shawols to
show that how much they support
SHINee.
PERSONA 1:
 Ali: Ali is a 45 year old man and he is a
violin teacher who has used the Internet
for less than a year. His goal is to produce
good quality music. He accesses the
Internet from home over a broadband
connection. He uses desktop computer.
He has never purchased online before,
preferring to place orders by phone. He
likes to use social media sites to interact
with people.
PERSONA 2:
 Alina: Alina is a 29 year old lady and she is an
advertising executive work in the advertising
field. She handles ad campaigns that require
knowledge in marketing, promotions, creative
design, and public relations. she has been
using the Internet for 5 years and uses her
Macbook, iPad or Android phone to access
the web – whatever is to hand. And she likes
to use musician’s website to up-to-date with
new and trendy music.
Story
 Alina was working at her office when she received
a text message from her best friend that SHINee’s
album has been released with their 1 promotional
video. After hearing that news she became so
excited and wanted to go back home quickly. So
she can listen their new album. she quickly finished
her work to get back home on time. When she
arrived home, she turned on the TV and was
tuning channels where she can watch the video.
She waited for several hours to watch but was
unable to watch video. She failed to watch video
and wasted her time in doing so
 Conceptual Scenario
Those people who live in Pakistan and want to
know information about SHINee’s profile their schedule,
album, photos, videos they can use website and can
access to website at anytime anywhere.
 Concrete Scenario
It is difficult and time-consuming for Alina to
keep up with all the latest music and news. It is easy for
Alina for to do this by providing all basic information on
one site about SHINee, their news/schedule, photos,
music and videos. Alina’s dream is that all the music
and news she wants for herself and to share with others
will be instantly available to her no matter where she is
and what device she is using.
