1. Genre – Supernatural Thriller (Faux Found Footage Film) Basic story – A group of teenagers intend to camp in the woods, bringing with them camping equipment and a camera to record their time there. However strange occurrences happen, and they realise that a supernatural being is stalking them. Strange symbol of the killer appears in numerous places throughout the trailer. Genre – Thriller/Horror Basic story – Female protagonist insists on her two friends staying at her house whilst parents are away on business, as she is adamant that someone else in there, stalking her. Her friends laugh it off, saying she is simply paranoid. However, they decide to stay over one night in order to prove her wrong, but are horrified to find that the ghost of a child who previously lived there is lurking in the house. Idea 1 Idea 2 We thought of these two ideas in the early planning stages of our project in September, but as a group we couldn’t decide on which idea to pursue. We then agreed to ask some people on their thoughts on which trailer we should make, with the majority opting for idea 1. They believed that it sounded more authentic than the other idea, and that it sounded more intriguing and more watchable.
