Genre –Thriller(Kidnap)
Idea1 –First shotit onthe bootof the car whichisopenedby2 people.Setinadesertedarea,
possiblyadirtroad witha garage or shed?The personiscarriedin butit’sunclearhow oldthe
personis,whoit isetc.This ispairedwitha voiceoverof the ransommessage tothe victim’sfamily,
speakingslowly,quitecrackly.The shotsflickbetweenthe mumdoingeverydaythingsathome and
as the kidnappersplace the victimdownandtie the victimup,the phone ringsathome and the
victim’sfamilyanswers.
Idea2 – Followingthe victim.The girl finishesschool andiswithherfriend,theysaybye andthe
victimwalkshome byherself.She hasherheadphonesinandthe atmosphere will matchthe music
choice.Whenthere isa suddenchange inmusic,she isgrabbedby someone (downanalleyway
withno one around).We don’tknowwhothe personisand whyshe has beenkidnapped.
Idea3 – The nonstereotypical ideathatitis someone the victimknowswhokidnapsher.Yousee the
developmentinthe relationshipbetweenthe kidnapperandvictim(couldbe friendsorpossiblyina
relationship).We are notsure whythe kidnappingishappening.Couldpossiblyinclude flashbacksto
make it more interesting?
