1. Looking at the mise-en-scene of my artist, his features and his clothing is dark
therefore to contrast to this, I propose to have a white background and have gold as a
feature colour. The gold helps glorify the artist as it signifies wealth and
empowerment. It also contrasts well with black and stands out against the white
background. I plan to use the red for the cover lines and stories placed around the
artist to make sure they are bold and grab the attention of my readers. This will also
stand out well against the white background and highlight what is most important.
