This document analyzes the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) of a school called the dignity group. The school's strengths include being the only school that teaches in Arabic, having good student behavior and using two curriculums. Weaknesses are a lack of permanent facilities, resources and poor communication. Opportunities include scholarship programs and teacher development trips abroad. Threats involve community perceptions, lack of funding and unsatisfied parents. The school's vision is for a new "dream school" campus that addresses current weaknesses.
