Responsibilities includes auditing inventory, managing daily inventory for departmental
critical picks, label and bin maintenance.
7/14-1/15 Amazon - Customer service Associate
Responsibilities included caring for customers in a fast paced timely manner. Inputting
data in a secure account related system. Trouble shooting delivery issues while on the phone.
Connecting customers with products that will better serve their needs. Payment processing and
troubleshooting issues while coordinating multiple accounts for customers.
12/13-15 Kennewick School District - Sub Para ED
Responsibilities included greeting parents and answering phones. Imputing information into the
library system for check out and purchases. Performed filing of invoices of material purchase.
General office task as assigned by staff.
Volunteer Work 8/11-Kennewick School District
Volunteer since August 2011 in the library of Mid-Columbia Partnership School, part of
the Kennewick School District. With the use of implementing binders we were able to
compile copies of workbooks that allowed parents to save money on school materials.
These binders then needed to be barcoded and set into the library and alphabetized
into the library system and systematically sent to print shop as needs arose. I helped to
implement this system of parent volunteers.
