retain its quality hence
the pooled milk is sent
to a Bulk Milk Cooler
Unit (BMCUs) after
pooling. The capacity of
BMCU is from 1KL to 5KL
of Milk Storage.

BMCU but the capacity of
MCC is from 10KL to 40KL
of Milk Storage. And the
milk is immediately
chilled to 4 degree while
pumping the milk into
SILO as the milk is
passed through a Chiller.
